Landis comes to SL Bade with over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and development. Prior to joining our team, she worked for 3 years as the Director of Business Development for a local commercial developer. In addition to helping the company grow, she was an integral part in site selection and the entitlement process for their new developments.

As a West Valley native, Landis is ingrained and active in her surrounding communities and has an extensive network of resources which make her a valuable team member of SL Bade. One of her passions is economic development. After graduating with an MBA from Northern Arizona University, with an Undergraduate degree in Small Business Management, Landis spent seven years as part of the City of Surprise Economic Development team and was instrumental in creating the framework that made Surprise, at that time, one of the fastest growing communities in the United States.
